This is the first sea kayaking trip in Asia. Begin in Ha Long city and spend seven days paddling through the emerald-blue water of the Ha Long Bay World Heritage site. Thousands of islands dot the seascape while millions of brightly colored fish swirl through the water below you. You can spend hours exploring the caves and grottoes sprinkled through the larger islands and marvel at the formations of the smaller ones.

Texas Dude Ranch Vacation

The Dixie Dude Ranch in Bandera, Texas is just right outside San Antonio, in the hill country. The ranch is an old time stock ranch that offers vacations. The dude ranch is still in operation and has been for five generations.

Visitors at the dude ranch can enjoy hiking, horseback riding, swimming, fishing, dancing, hayrides and much more. The ranch offers 20 different units within duplex cabins, cottages and a two story bunkhouse. A brief guide for trekking vacations

trekking-vacationWhen you dream up going out into the wilderness, you think of hiking up or backpacking. Another word for this is trekking. It comes from the Afrikaans and Dutch languages. It can mean to pull or haul in those languages and that is pretty much what you are doing. Not only are you carrying yourself, you are carrying supplies that will enable to you survive in the great unknown. You must always ensure that you have a way to communicate with people back home. A first aid kit is very important in case of injury. You must always remember to bring along hiking boots and not simple shoes when going on an adventure.

Whether you bring along a mobile phone or a CB radio, you had better always have a form to reach the outside world. Being trapped and isolated, or even injured, in the wild is not something that will be pleasant. If you bring a cell phone please remember to charge it fully before leaving.
